All Clients Must Book Through The Website.

Due to the amount of No Shows, Cancellations, and Constant Rescheduling everyone must book through the site and pay a deposit.

Deposits are required for booking services and are Non-Refundable/Non-Transferable.

Due to the amount of No Shows, Cancellations and Constant Rescheduling you are required to pay a deposit, the deposit does go towards your service, you have a 24 hour cancellation grace period. Same day cancellations result in the loss of your deposit and you will have to rebook through the booking site ( I am no longer accepting text messages for rebooks you will be directed to the site.)

What happens if I No Show or Same Day Cancel?

If you no show or same day cancel it will result in the loss of your deposit and another deposit will be required to book another appointment.

I would like to book a hair appointment, when should I book and where are you located?

Hair appointments are available Saturdays from 1pm-8pm and Mondays from 4pm-8pm. Hair appointments are offered at 56 Oceanway Ave, Jacksonville, FL 32218 (inside KiKi’s Hair Studio).

I would like to book skincare, lash, makeup or wax services, when should I book and where are you located?

All Skincare, Lash, Makeup, and Wax Services are available for booking Monday through Friday 3:45pm-7pm and Saturdays from 10am-5pm. These services are offered at 450 Busch Dr Suite 5B, Jax, Fl 32218 (inside Ethelyn’s Skin and Body Clinic)

How long does it take for products to be processed and shipped?

Products are processed and shipped anywhere between 24-48 hours depending on when they were ordered.
